SHANGHAI, Oct. 25 (SMM) – SHFE lead opened about RMB 300/mt higher on Tuesday at RMB 15,330/mt, and fluctuated around daily moving average. At the midday, SHFE lead prices were driven up to RMB 15,650/mt due to bargain hunting by the longs at RMB 15,070/mt. But, SHFE Lead prices fluctuated downward and surrendered early gains due to the decreasing LME lead in the afternoon session, with prices finally closed at RMB 15,095/mt. Trading volumes increased by 970 lots to 2,540 lots, and positions decreased by 102 lots to 2,038 lots.
