We have set up an environmental policy to have the discharge of various pollutants under control. Comprehensive control procedures were developed for exhaust gases and solid wastes and wastewater etc. The production processes are closely monitored for continuous improvement of environmental performance.
We have imported Eco-Friendly, sophisticated & fully automated manufacturing machines from USA and Far East. We also conducted innovative technology to minimize the harm caused from production.
We Actions and schemes are developed to monitor the significant environmental aspects to ensure the emissions of exhaust gases and wastewater in compliance with the regulations stipulated in the national standards and emission permits .Production processes are assessed to identify the source of hazardous waste generation and the associated action plans are formulated to reduce hazardous wastes.
Our nationwide sales & service network recalls used lead-acid battery for environmental friendly recycling to minimize the harm posed by disposal of lead. we have collaboration with our reputed technological partners where the used batteries are dismantled & reprocessed for other purposes.
Wasted acids generated from the acid-adding charging process in each assembly plant will be recycled. We also installed sewage treatment facilities, for examples, water pools, from which wastewater is reused in factory cleaning, water consumption process. Also, there is rainwater collection system in the factory in which the rainwater will be collected and reused.
